The Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER) recently welcomed new advisory board member Gretta Brooks, founder and chief executive officer of SalesBoost, LLC, a SaaS-based sales training technology solution for hotels. This web-based training system provides unlimited sales and customer service scenario simulation and immediate feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

Brooks, now leading her own company, had previously trained thousands in hotel sales over the course of 30 years as an executive with Omni, Hilton, and Aimbridge Hospitality. Brooks has been featured in both Hotel Business and Lodging Magazine as an expert in hospitality sales training and technology. Her insights, passion for mentoring others, and in-depth knowledge of human resources in the hospitality industry make her an invaluable asset to CIHLER’s board.
