Previously, Allegrini served as Vice President of Communications-the Americas for Hilton Worldwide. In this capacity Allegrini managed the public relations team serving all the Hilton family of brands, corporately managed properties throughout the Western hemisphere. Previous positions held by Allegrini at Hilton Worldwide include VP of Public Relations, Luxury Brands and Regional Communications Director for Hilton’s central division. In this capacity Allegrini oversaw the public relations activities of all corporately managed Hilton properties in a 23 state area. In 2015 Allegrini was named one of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales & Marketing by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI).

She held various positions with revenue and marketing responsibility for owned and managed properties as well as responsibilities for developing sales organizational programs, including sales recruitment, training, motivation, retention and incentive plan programs. Additionally her experiences have included destination marketing where she held positions as Vice President of Tourism Marketing for the Greater Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau and Vice President of Convention Sales for the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Ms. Spaulding was honored to be named to the “Most Powerful Women in Travel “ in 2002 and the Washington DC HSMAI Hall of Fame in 2001. She has been an active member of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association, throughout her career, including the position of President of the Washington DC Chapter from 2002-2005. From 2006 to 2010 she served on the Board and Executive Committee of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also served on the Customer Advisory Board for Newmarket International from 2006-2011 and served on the Board of Directors of Experience Kissimmee, the destination marketing organization for Osceola County, Florida. She currently serves on the Customer Advisory for Salesboost.

She brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including her role as Vice President of Global Sales for Wyndham Hotel Group and most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Private Events Sales at ClubCorp. During her 8 1/2 year tenure there, she managed eight Regional Private Events Directors around the country and the National Sales Organization. April was also instrumental in implementing SalesBoost at ClubCorp for 250 clubs nationwide. April now oversees direct selling efforts for SalesBoost, including both enterprise and retail accounts.
